1、HIF-la和STAT3在胃癌中的表迖及临床音5y【摘要】目的研究胃癌中的HIHa和STAT3的表达及相互关系,初步探讨他们在胃癌中的生物学意义。方法用免疫组织化学染色(IHC)分别检测60例胃癌组织、15例胃正常黏膜中HIFla和STAT3的表达水平,了解HIF1a和STAT3表迗与临床病理指标的关系,以及两者表迗的相关性。结果HIHa和STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达均明显高于癌旁正常组织(均P0.05),与浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关(均P0.05),STAT3与浸润深度、T酮分期、淋巴结转移相关(均P75%为4分。染色强度与阳性细胞所占的百分比的乘积0〜3分为阴性();>3分
