1、DNAsensorinvirusinfectionAbstract:Inordertoprotecthumanfromthedetrimentaleffectofviralinfection,immunesystemhasevolvedmechanismstorecognizeanderadicatethem.Recently,anovelantiviraltoolofinnateimmunehasbeendiscovered—DNAsensors,whichcanrecognizeinvadingviralDNAandinitiateinnateantiviralresponses,incl

2、udingtheactivationoftypeIinterferons(IFNs)andproinflammatorycytokines.Thesecytokinescontributedtonotonlyinhibitingviralreplicationininfectedcellsbutalsoregulatingtheinductionofadaptiveimmunity,leadingtotheswifteradicationofviruses.AlltheseindicatethatDNAsensorsplayapivotalroleinantiviralresponse.Ther

3、efore,thisarticlewillprovideanintegralandcomprehensivereviewofDNAsensor,focusingonsortsofDNAsensor,signalingpathwayandtheimmuneresponsetriggeredbythem.What’smore,viralstrategyagainstDNAsensorsandnegativeregulationofhostwillbediscussedaswell.[Keywords]:DNAsensor,virusinfection,antiviralresponse,negat
