2、inabledevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy．Therefore，theimpactoflabormobilityontheincomegap，hasanimportantstrategicsignificanceforthesustainabledevelopmentofChina’Seconomy．Thisarticleabsorbslabormarketsegmentationtheory,dual-economytheoryandspatialeconomicstheory,usingtheC

3、hinageneralsocialsurvey2012data，makinganempiricalresearchonthecompleximpactoflabormobilityonincomegapfromtwodimensionsofrural—urbanandregioninrecentChina．Thispaperincludesfollowingfiveparts．Thefirstpartisintroduction，expoundstheresearchbackgroundandsignificance，defin

4、estheconceptoflabormobilityandincomegap，introducethegeneralcontentofthisstudy．Thesecondpartistheliteraturereview,includestheoriesoflabormobilityandresearchesonincomegapandlabormobility,inordertolaythetheoreticalfoundation．Thethirdpartusingmacrodataandmicrodata，studys

5、onthelabormobilityandincomegaphistory,currentsituationandtheirrelation，summarizesfivecharacteristicsoflabormobilityandincomegap，showingtherealisticbackgroundofstudyingtheeffectsoflabormobilityonincomegap．ThefourthpartusingChinesegeneralsocialsurveydata，empiricalanaly

7、7yuanofannualworkingincome；Thirdly,educationgapcausedthemobilityofincomegap，accordingtoregressionanalysisresult，differenceofeducationperyearcandirectlycauseanannualincomedifferenceonaverageofnearly2000yuan，theindirecteffectismorehugeandcomplex．Thefifthpartincludesfiv
