2、etweentheprosandcons.Fromtheconclusionsandrecommendationsofboththeprosandcons,wemightbeabletofindoutthetrendsandvisionsfortheenergypolicyandmeasuresthataretobeimplementedinthiseconomyinthenearfuture.Thesummaryaregivenasfollowing:I.MutualConsensus Theconstructionofanuclearpowerplantissometh
3、ingmuchmorethantheprovisionofelectricpower,theyinvolvetheissuesonenergysupply,environmentalprotection,economicandsocialdevelopment,politicsandtheoverallsocialsecurity,whicharepronetobedebatableandargumentative. Tomaintainanormaleconomicdevelopmentandtomeetdailyneedsforthegeneralpublic,theg
4、overnmentshouldplanforasystemwithreasonable,reliableandadequatepowersupply,inspiteofwhetherornottoconstructthe4thNuclearPowerPlant. Tocopewiththefactsthatwearelackofindigenousenergyresources,theglobaladvocacyofsustainabledevelopmentandtheinternationalmovementonenvironmentalprotection,ouren
5、ergypolicymustbeabletoaddressvariousissueswemeet.Itshouldimplementpositiveenergyconservation,toraisetheenergyefficiencybothonenergyuseandpowergeneration,topromotethegreaterdevelopmentanduseofrenewableenergy,tore-adjusttheindustrialstructure,toliberalizethepowerutilityforabetteroperationalef
6、ficiency. Theproposalplanforcurrentandfuturenuclearwastes,includingthosefromtheoperationanddecommissionofcurrentandplannednuclearpowerunitsmustbesoundandcomplete,inspiteofconstructionofthe4thNuclearPowerPlantornot.II.ConclusionsandRecommendations Duetotheremarkabledifferencebetweentheopin
