2、的关键所在。TH供电公司人力资源管理起步较晚，虽然近几年公司在绩效管理方面也做了一些尝试，但是收效甚微。有鉴于此，本文利用绩效管理理论来探讨TH供电公司的绩效管理问题。首先对绩效管理理论进行综述；其次是应用调查问卷的方法对TH供电公司绩效管理的现状进行分析，深入挖掘出目前该公司在绩效管理体系中存在的问题，并对问题的成因进行了分析；三是重点提出绩效管理的改进策略，分别从绩效计划、绩效辅导和实施、绩效考核和反馈和绩效结果应用等四个方面进行阐述和说明；最后提出绩效管理的实施和保障策略。新的绩效管理模式将更加
