1、摘要:木论文介绍了拉深的成形方法和条件,拉深是利用拉深模在压力机的压力作用下,将平板坯料或空心工序件制成开口空心件的加工方法。旋转体拉深吋的应力应变分析,述有拉深过程屮的起皱和拉裂。拉深件毛坯的尺寸计算,和工艺计算,以及拉深次数的计算。拉深模结构相对较简单。根据拉深模使用的压力机类型不同,拉深模可分为单动压力机用拉深模和双动压力机拉深模;根据拉深顺序分为首次拉深和以后各次拉深;根据工序组合可分为单工序拉深、复合工序拉深和连续工序拉深;根据压料情况可分为有压边装置和无压边装置拉深。从模具设计到零部件的加工工艺以及装配工艺
