4、Afterunderstandingtheresearchanddevelopmenttrendsoftheautomatictestingsystemathomeandabroad,thepaperwasdesignedfromfourmodules,theoverallprogram,thestructureofmodularsystem,standardizedcommunicationprotocols,aswellasrelatedgeneral-purposecircuitmodule.Inviewofsomesituation,suchthatthetransm
5、issionspeedoftraditionalUSBwaslower,theinterfacewasoftencausedacommunicationerrorbecauseofinterference,moreerrorcode,andPCsoftwareruneasilycrashandothers,thedeviceusedthePCIbustotransferhigh-speeddatastably.Thepaperwouldimplantmodularthinkingtothespecificstructureoftheboard,Sothedevicewasdi
6、videdasaPCIinterfaceboard,backplane,analogboard,digitalboard,switchboard,powerboardaccordingtothefunction.ThesystemusedtheprogrammablelogicdeviceFPGAasthecoreofeachboardtoorganizetheentirehardwarecircuittoworkunifily.Atthesametime,itdevelopedandoptimizeddatacommunicationprotocolbetweenallmo
