2、petition.Thesurvivalanddevelopmentoftheenterprisesaredirectlyrelatedtothenetworkplanning.However,severalproblemsoftheexistingnetworkplanningmodelappears:First,thelackofqualityobjective.Thestudyhasbeenfocusedontheoptimizationbetweentimeandcostastheresultthatthequalit

3、yofaplanishardtobequantified.Second,thelackofmulti-objectiveoptimizationmodel.Thesingle-objectivenetworkplanningcannotmeetthehigllrequirementanymore,however,thecurrentstudyofnetworkplanningtransformsthemulti.objectiveproblemintoasingle·objectiveonebysettingtheweight

4、coefficientsortakingseveralobjectivesastheconstraintcondition.Third,theseparationofplanningandscheduling.Theresourceconstraintshasnotbeenconsideredinthestudy,whichmakesthemodelunreasonableandtheoptimizationplanisofnopracticaluse.Last,thelackofcollaborationawareness.
