2、chnologiesandrenewableandalternativeenergy,andistheglobalstrategysolvestheenergyshortage.LightEmittingDiode(LED)havedrawnmuchattentionowingtotheirexcellentproperties,suchashighluminousefficiency,lowpowerconsumption,environmentfriendly,reliability,longlifeandsoon.There

3、fore,LEDisexpectedinthefourthgenerationoflightingsource.TheLEDgeneralconsistsofLEDchip,bracket,encapsulant,goldthreadandsoon.Oneofthefundamentallimitationsinthedevelopmentoflight-emittingdiodesLEDsisthelightextractionefficiencyofLEDs.Duetothebigdifferencebetweenthechi

4、pandtheencapsulant,itwillleadtheangleofthelightescapeconeissmallandlightenergyconversionintoheat.InordertoimprovethelightextractionefficiencyofLEDs,thehighrefractiveindexofpackagingmaterialisneeded.Theresearchshowsthatthenanoparticlesintotheencapsulant,andpreparethena

5、nocompositeastheLEDencapsulant.Itcanimprovetherefractiveindexofencapsulant,andeffectivelypromotethelightextractionefficiencyofLEDs.Inthispaper,thenanoTiO2isusedasthedopantparticlesintoencapsulant,andweinvestigatethepropertiesofnanocomposite.Thentakenanocompositeapplyi

6、nLEDpackaging,andcomparetheone’swhichhadnonanoTiO2doppedin.Themainworkcontentsarefollowing:1.TheCarloMontemethodisusedtosimulatethemovingprocessofthephotoninnanocomposites,andthecharacteristicsofnanoparticlesinnanocompositematerialswerestudied.Intheresearch,thescatter
