1、硕士论文聚乙烯表面紫外光接枝MPC及其性能研究AbstractUltra-highmolecularweightpolyethylene(UHMWPE)hasbeenwidelyusedasartificialjointmaterials.Duringthelongemployedperiod,agreatdealofweardebrisaccumulatedandmakingaseriesofillbiologyreaction,leadingtoperiprostheticosteolysisandasepsisloosening.So阮w

2、earistheprimarycauseoffailureinjointreplacementprostheses.Inordertomelioratethelubricatingabilityandbiocompatibility,andimprovethewearresistance,thisstudyhassynthesizedabiocompatiblemonomer,2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine(WC),andpoly(MPC)wasgraftedonthesurfaceofpolye

3、thylene(PE)pieces妙photoinducedpolymerizationtechnique.ThisstudyalsoinvestigatesthebiocompatibilityofPEpieces.ThetribologicalpropertiesofPEpieces,beforeandaftergraftedwater-solublepolymer,againstA1203ceramicballswereinvestigatedbyslidingfrictionunderdistilledwaterandsalinelub

4、rications.ThestructureofMPCandmiddleoutcomeswerecharacterizedbyIR.ThesurfacestructureofPEpiecesbeforeandaftergraftedwithpoly(MPC)weremeasuredbyATR-FTIRandXPS.ThesurfacemorphologiesandtheamountofadhesiveplateletswereobservedbySEM.ThecontactanglesbetweendistilledwaterandPEpiec

5、esweremeasuredbygoniometeratroomtemperature.ThehemolysisratesofthepurePEandgraftedpoly(MPC)PEpiecesweremeasuredby722spectrophotometer.Theresultsshowsthat,thestructureofMPCandmiddleoutcomesareconfirmedbyIRspectrum;Theabsorptionat969cm1whichcorrespondstothephosphategroupinATR-

6、FTIRspectrumandthepeaksofPepinXPSandtheincreasedconcentrationofN,OconfirmesthattheMPChavegraftedonthesurface.Withtheprolongationofphotopolymerizationtime,thegraftedpoly(MPC)amountonthePEsurfaceincreases,andthecontactangledecreasesmarkedly;Contactanglechangesfrom64-760to15-26

7、0.ThereisnubbysubstanceonthegraftedPEpieces.ThehemolysisrateofthegraftedPEpiecesislowerthanthatoftheblankPEpieces.TheamountofplateletsadheringtothegraftedPEpiecesisfewerthanthatofthepurePE.TheresultsoffrictionandweartestsshowsthatthewearresistanceofPEimprovesaftergraftedwith
