1、摘要高速加工是当今机械加工技术不可抗拒的发展潮流其高转速小切深快进给方式的加工技术在模具制造中的应用前景广泛但是刀具在切削过程中的非正常破损问题尤为严重因此消除刀具的非正常破损现象降低刀具成本是生产中亟待解决的问题本文建立了高速干式立铣刀铣削的切削力和切削温度数学模型采用ANSYS进行了仿真研究其中在切削力方面对刀具的应力和变形进行了分析得出了合理的切削用量在切削温度方面分析了切削区的温度变化得出了平均切削温度随切削参数的变化规律设计了切削温度的正交实验测量方案利用红外热像仪对立铣刀铣削的切削温度进行了测量验证了切削温度模型和计算方法的正确性通过切削温度理论
2、解析解和实验测量的切削温度值运用能量守恒的方法推导出切削力的计算公式验证切削力模型建立的正确性及切削用量优化的合理性其结论对推进该领域的研究有着重要作用通过本文的研究能够为高速干式铣削立铣刀切削力的加工技术及切削温度场分析提供理论支持并对切削参数的优选提供一个参考依据关键词高速干式切削切削力切削温度有限元分析1AbstractThehighspeedprocessingisnowthemachine-finishingtechnologyirresistibledevelopmenttidalcurrent,itshighspeed,thesmallknif
