1、西北工业大学硕上学位论文ABSTRACTABSTRACTZinc-Nickelalloysareakindofnewandprotectivecoatingsandhavebeendevelopedforrecenttenyears.Thisalloyshaveapromisingfuturebecauseoftheirhighcorrosionresistance,lowhydrogenousbritleness,facilejointingandgoodmechanicalproperties.Inthispaper,electroplatingZinc-Nickelalloysha

2、sbeenrealizedbyselectingappropriateanodeandmodeofcontrollinganodecurrentandadoptingnewadditiveandcomplexant.ThenewprocessconditionsandsolutionsofelectroplatingZinc-Nickelalloyshavebeenobtainedandresearchedfromallaspects.Theresearchofcathodiccurrentdensity,pH,temperature,andtheruleofeverycomponent

3、sofelectroplatingsolutioneffectingthecontentofnickelhasbeenputontheemphasis.ThepassivationofZinc-Nickelalloyshasbeenmadefromadoptingnewpassivationsolutionsandgoodprocess.ThemetabolicruleofZinc-Nickelalloycoatingscomponents,microcosmicappearanceandstructurecorrosionproductionandthestructureofpassi

4、vationfilmandcomponentshavebeenanalyzedandresearchedbymeansofadoptingXRD,GlowDischargeOpticalEmissionSpectrometry(GDA-750),SEM(HitachiS-570)andMultifuctionalElectronicEnergySpectrum(ESCALABMK-11).ThepropertyoftheZinc-Nickelalloyscorrosionresistancehasbeenresearchedbytheelectrochemistrytestandthen

5、eutralsaltspraytest.Theresultsshow:(1)Bythenewprocessconditionsandsolutionsofelectroplating，theZinc-Nickelalloyswhichthecontentofnickelisin9at%to12at/6，hasgoodappearanceandhighcorrosionresistancehasbeenobtained.(2)WhenthethicknessofZinc-Nickelalloyscoatingsincrease,thecontentofzincincrease,butthe

6、contentofnickelincreaseatthefirstsometimesandthendecrease.Thereisanenrichmentofnickelinthecoatings.(3)Zinc-Nickelalloyselectrodepositsexhibitdiferentalloyphasesasafunctionoftheiralloycomposition.Whenthecontentofnickelisunder6at%,alloyshaveri-phrasewhichisasolidsolutionofnickelinzinc.Whentheconten

7、tofnickelis6at%-9at0/a,thereisdispersionY-phrase.Alloysof10^-14%nickelareY-phrasemainly.Whenthecontentofnickelexceeds25at%,allyhavea-phrasemainlyandhavelitle}-phrase.(4)Thestabilizedpotentialofalloysthatthecontentofnic
