1、西安建筑科技大学硕二I=论文锂电池隔膜关断性能测试系统的研究与设计专业：控制理论与控制工程硕士生：成林指导老师：席爱民教授摘要近几年，随着消费和移动等lrl、领域终端产品的强势增长，锂离子可充电电池目前已成为手机、笔记本、PDA等移动消费电子的标准配置电源。锂电池的应用会越来越广泛，所以优良的锂电池的生产是科技飞跃的保障。在锂电池的生产过程中，对锂电池隔膜进行检测是非常重要的环节。生产出来的锂电池隔膜是否合格只有通过检测锂电池隔膜关断特性来判定。这个测试系统的原理就是模拟锂电池的真实环境，然后用

2、加热的办法来检测锂电池隔膜的关断特性，即检测它的电阻随温度变化的趋势。随着控制温度的变化，采集当前的温度和锂电池隔膜的r巳阻数据；同时将数据通过总线传输到上位机，由上位机来决定其他生产设备环节的参数。论文主要论述在整个锂电池隔膜生产过程中，锂电池隔膜电阻的检测方法，测试系统的设计、研制及调试。主要硬件选用了嵌入式芯片LPC2210，并将基本电路分为七块进行研究和设计。然后对检测环境进行了研究和设计，通过调制PWM脉冲控制温度的变化：研究温度模糊控制的算法并对温度控制进行仿真。最后对现场总线选型并
