1、提要目的：研究脐疗治疗带下病临床用药规律。方法：收集整理古今文献以脐疗治疗带下病复方61首，对出现频次较高的药物进行总结归类，并总结和分析药物的性味、归经，并对调制赋形剂和脐疗方法等项目进行探讨分析。结果：在61首方剂所用药物中，有26味出现频次在10次以上。这26味中药是：白芷、肉桂、麝香、乳香、附子、当归、小茴香、木鳖子、没药、丁香、白术、苍术、黄柏、木香、五灵脂、香附、熟地、蛇床子、花椒、红花、干姜、黄连、川楝子、牛膝、延胡索、雄黄。出现频率居前30位的药物中，以白芷位居第一，温里药有7味，总频次为96次，活血化瘀药有7味，总频次为82次，补虚药有5味

2、，总频次为60次。以上26味中药，温性出现218次，热性出现37次，寒性出现33次，平性出现24次；辛味出现242次，苦味出现161次，甘味出现115次，咸味出现13次，酸味出现10次。归脾经的药物使用频次为224次，肝经183次，胃经159次，心经142次，肾经132次，大肠经70次，肺经38次，膀胱经23次，胆经23次，三焦经13次。有49次出现调制赋形剂，使用最多的是醋。带下病脐疗方法中有26首方剂用敷脐疗法，有18首用到膏药贴脐法，结论：①脐疗治疗带下病的药物中，以补虚药、温里药、活血化瘀药最为常用；②白芷是脐疗治疗带下病用药中使用频次最高的；③辛、
