2、imalscentreinouruniversitywererandomlydividedintofollowingfivegroups:shamgroup,MCAO6hours,24hours,48hoursand72hoursgroup.TherearefifteenSDratsineverygroups.Therightmiddlecerebralarteryischemia--repefusionmodelsdescribedinitiallybyZea·-Longawereestablished.After90minutesoftemporaryMCAO,

3、Theratswererespectivelysubjectedreperfusionof6h,24h,48hand72h.InthispartofexpefienttheexpressionlevelsofRho—kinasemRNAweredetectedbyRT—PCR.AndwekilledtheratsanddrawtheischemicpenumbrabraintissueofinfarctsidetoobservethechangeinpermeabilityofBBBbydetectingthecontentofEvan’Sblue(EB),tome

4、asuretheexpressionlevelsoflamininbyimmumofluores-cencemethodandtoobservetherelationshipbetweenthem.Results:Thereareobviousstatisticsdifference(P<0.01)betweentheischemia-repefusion6hours、24hours、48hours、72hoursgroupsandshamgroupintheneurologicalfunctionaldecect;AmongthefourMCAOgroupsthe

5、neurologicalfunctionaldececthavenostatisticsdifference(P>0.05).TheexpressionlevelsofRho—kinasemRNA、thecontentofEBandtheexpressionleveloflamininhaveobviousstatisticsdifferencebetweenthefivegroups(P<0.05);Thereareobviousstatisticsdifference(P
