1、AbstractAbstractWiththegrowingdemandofthemodernhigh-speeddigitalcircuits,themodernhigh-speeddigitalcircuitswithfastedgerisingrates,highclockratesandlowvoltagelevelmakethesimultaneousswitchingnoise(SSN)betweenthepowerplaneandgroundplanebecomethemainbottleneckofrestrictingthedevelopmenta

2、ndapplicationofthemodernhigh-speeddigitalcircuits.Therefore,howtoeffectivelyeliminatetheSSNofthemodernhigh-speeddigitalcircuitshasbecometheproblemwhichmustbesolvedbythecircuitdesignpersonnel.ElectromagneticBandGap(EBG)structureisaperiodicstructurewhichcanprohibitthepropagationoftheelec

3、tromagneticwaveinacertainbandwidthrange.Anditalsohastheadvantagesofsmallsize,lightweight,beingsimplymadeandeaseofintegration.ThispapermakesastudyoftheEBGstructuresusedforelectromagneticinterferencesuppression,focusesontheuniplanarEBGstructuresusedforsuppressionoftheSSN.Thispapermainlyd

4、iscussestherelatedproblemsoftheapplicationoftheuniplanarEBGstructuresusedforsuppressionoftheSSN.Firstlytheband-gapcharacteristicsofseveraltypicaluniplanarEBGstructuresareanalyzedandcompared.AndthentheoptimizationdesignofthenewConvoluteEBGstructurewhichdesignedbythelaboratoryprojectteam

5、ismade.Finally,LS-EBGstructureandIS-EBGstructurewithultra-widebandforsuppressionofsimultaneousswitchingnoiseareproposed.ThesimulatedandmeasuredresultsindicatethatthesenewEBGstructuresmentionedabovecanshowagoodsuppressionofSSN.AndtheanalysisofthesignalintegrityproblemscausedbytheseEBGpo
