1、内蒙古大学硕士学位论文内蒙古康巴什热电厂2×350MW空冷机组工程可行性研究姓名：王小伟申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：颉茂华201205摘要内蒙古京能康巴什热电有限公司(简称“康巴什热电”)成立于2008年10月16R，负责内蒙古康巴什热电厂2×350MW空冷机组(简称“项目’’)的建设。本工程拟建设2×350MW超临界、一次中间再热、燃煤、l’刨接空冷凝气式汽轮发电机组，同步建设烟气脱硫装置及SCR脱硝装置。本期工程可行性研究是指根据《火力发电厂可行性研究报告内容深度规定》，从五个方面对本工程的可行性进行研究：一是通过对电力系统及热负荷的分析论证项目建设

2、的必要性；二时通过对包括厂址位置、燃料、交通运输、水源、贮灰场、区域稳定性以及岩土工程、抗灾能力、脱硫脱硝、环境保护及水土保持、综合利用、劳动安全、职业卫生、资源利用、节能、人力资源配置等15个主要建厂条件进行研究，论证项目建设条件的具备；三是通过运用财务指标体系评价法及敏感性分析的发放对项目进行投资估算及经济效益分析以论证项目的市场竞争力；四是通过盈亏平衡分析法对项目投资进行风险分析；五是通过对项目投资进行经济与社会影B向分析，并通过以上四项分析共同论证项目的可行性，提出可行性研究结论性意见。关键词：康巴什热电，工程，可行性研究AbstractInnerMongol
