1、对外经济贸易大学硕士学位论文我国生产性服务业利用FDI影响因素研究姓名：向余鱼申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际贸易学指导教师：黄晓玲201105摘要到2009年为止，我国实际利用外资额的一半以上仍然集中于制造业，这与世界上发达国家集中投资和发展服务业的理念有所背离。而相对于消费性服务业、社会服务业而言，一国的生产性服务业处于产业链的核心地位，能迅速扩大服务业消费需求，在生产过程中融入人力资本和技术，对最终产品产生积极影响。随着后WTO时代的到来和服务贸易自由化趋势日渐明显，我国生产性服务业通过大量吸收外资获得高附加值的进程也不断加快。本文通过分析国内外生产性服务业的发展

2、历史和吸收FDI的现状，按照国外生产性服务业利用外资的发展模式，结合自身特点分析了我国生产性服务业利用FDI存在的问题。然后通过建立多元线性回归模型，分析我国生产性服务业和金融业利用FDI的影响因素和影响程度。在了解影响因素之后，分析中国在这些因素方面存在的优势和劣势，从而在此基础上提出对策建议，对我国生产性服务业更高效率、更安全地利用外资有很好的引导作用。关键词：生产性服务业，利用FDI，影响因素AbstractUntil2009，morethanhalfoftheactualutilizationoff0商盟capitalinChinaisstillconcen
