2、te.Classiccuttingtheoryexpoundedbythecuttingelementsoncuttingdoesnotapplytomicro-cutting.Tomicro-cuttingprocessinthemechanismofchipformation,cuttingforcevariationanditsimpactfactorsforbasicresearch,focusingonthefollowingaspectswerestudied.1.Inthispaper,Micro-Cuttingforcestemsfocu

3、sesmainlyonthreesections,oneareshearflowstressandtensileflowstress,whichstemfromelasticdeformationandplasticdeformationoftoolandworkpieces,thesecondarethefrictionbetweentoolrakefaceandchip,andthethirdisploughingbetweentoolflankandmachinedsurface.Thecalculationofderivationformulas

4、willbeestablishedbythreesections,whichincludeshearflowstress,tensileflowstress,andthefrictionforceofrakesurface.2.ThesimulationoforthogonalturningexperimentsusedadventedgeFEMsoftware,workpieceisASTM1045byAmericanStandard(Equivalentto45steel).TheresultsshowthatMain-cuttingforceisg

5、reaterthanthefeedforce.ThereisnoinfluenceofcuttingspeedonCuttingForces.Becauseofreducingthestraingradienteffectinmicro-cuttingprocess,thebiggerthefeed,thesmallertherateofcuttingforce.Thegrowthprocessofcuttingforceisgeneticallyclosertolinearprocessthanfeedforce.3.Usingthedataofthe

6、practicemicro-cutting,thepaperverifythepredictedtheoreticalformula.Foundthatthecuttingspeedaffecttheactualrakeangleandshearangle,whichultimatelyacertaininfluenceonthecuttingforce.4.ThesimulationofturningexperimentsusedadventedgeFEMandABAQUSsoftware,II中北大学学位论文comparedthedifferentb
