3、ourseofmediatechnologyadvancement.Basedonthetheoryofdialogue,thispaperpointsoutthatdialogueasthenatureoflifelinkstocommunicationinextricablyandthebiggestdifferencebetweenthenewmediamicrobloggingandtraditionalmedialiesinmicrobloggingprovidesapracticalplatformforthepublictocarryondial

4、ogue.Thetheoryofdialoguerequirestheuniqueparticipatortobeequalandautonomousandeveryindividualissupposedtobeopenenoughtoexchangeinformationandproducenewmeaningsintheprocessofcommunication.Asapubliccarnivalsquareforcommunication,microblogging’sownmediapropertiesenableeachuserequallyan
