2、次下床时间、首次哺乳时间、乳房胀痛情况、产后感染发生率等。结果观察组产后抑郁症、尿潴留及感染的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；且首次下床活动时间、首次哺乳时间均早于对照组(P<0.01)，乳房胀痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后的健康教育干预对于减少产后抑郁症及其他并发症、促进产妇自身恢复、缓解乳房胀痛、早期下床活动、母乳喂养等方面均具有积极意义，在产科病房值得推广应用。【关键词】健康教育干预；产后；效果【中图分类号】R473.71【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1003—6350（2012）18

6、nfectionrateintheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theleavingbedtimeandthefirstbreast-feedingtimeintheobservationgroupweresignificantlyearlierthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Thebreastdistendingpainintheobservation
7、groupweresignificantlylighterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionHealtheducationinterventionhaspositivemeaninginreducingpostnatalde-pressionorothercomplications,promotingtherecoveryofpostnatalwomen,relievingbreastdistendingpain,earlyambulation,and
