2、部分，也处于改革和创新的前沿。农村金融机构服务“三农”的能力在不断增强，农村金融产品开发和服务方式创新也使得农村金融机构更加符合“三农”的要求。村镇银行是新型农村机构的主导力量，对于新农村建设和城乡协调发展，对于农业增产农民增收起到了非常有力的支持作用。经过五年的发展，村镇银行的队伍不断壮大，截至2011年年底，全国242家银行业金融机构共发起设立726家村镇银行，成立范围从最初的六个试点地区扩大到了全国各个省区，发展速度不断加快，资本规模也不断增加。但是村镇银行在发展过程中存在的问题也逐步暴露出来，本文通过研究村镇银行的发展现状，分析村镇银行发展过程中存在的问题

3、及原因，提出了对策和建议，以期村镇银行可持续发展。本文共分为五个部分，第一部分介绍本文的研究背景和意义，对国内外研究现状与成果进行分析综述；第二部分介绍村镇银行的概念、特点、业务经营范围等；第三部分通过对我国村镇银行发展现状的分析，并以宝丰豫丰村镇银行的发展为案例，指出我国村镇银行存在的问题和原因；第四部分借鉴国外村镇银行的成功经验，从中得到对我国村镇银行建设的启示；第五部分针对前述问题及原因提出保障村镇银行持续稳定发展的对策和建议。关键词：村镇银行，发展现状，问题，对策IABSTRACTWiththedeepeningofreformandopeningup,t
