2、chemicalcolouring.Atpresent,allthestudyworkonchemicalcolouringbasedonINCOmethod,andthecomponentofcolouringsolutionsare:Cr03200-300g/L,H2SO4250-500g几,temperature80^900C.TheoxideofCr,FeandNiwillbeformedonstainlesssteelsurfacebycolouringprocesses.Thecolouroffilmchangedwiththickness.Thepote

3、ntialofstainlesssteelchangedwithtimeduringcolouringprocesses.Thereiscorrelativerelationbetweenthepotentialdiferenceandcolourofstainlesssteel.Thecorrelativecoloredfilmscanbeobtainedbycontrollingthecorrelativepotentialdiferences.Thecorrosionresistanceofcoloredfilmissuperiortostainlessstee

5、edtoCr03姚S04colouringsolutionisstudied.ThecoloredfilmwiththebestcorrosionresistanceisobtainedbycolouringwiththeprocessesofCrO3250g/L.H2SO4270m1/L,properadditives20g几,colouringtemperature50'C,time30minoTheresultsshowthattheadditionofproperadditivescanimprovethecolouringspeedanddecreaseco

6、louringtemperature30^400C.(2)Thepotential-timecurveduringcolouringmeasured,andtheefectofamountofadditivesandtimeoncolouringprocessesofstainlesssteelarediscussed.Thepotentialdiferencesofseveralcoloredfilmwithdiferentcolourareconfirmedaccordingtothepotential-timecurves,andthecorrelativere
