1、山西财经大学硕士学位论文科技型中小企业成长与资本结构研究姓名：杨丽珍申请学位级别：硕士专业：会计学指导教师：余春宏20120304摘要科技企业对产业结构升级和增强我国经济实力都发挥着不可替代的作用。中小型科技企业有很大的发展潜力，能够带来较高的投资回报，所以中小科技企业的成长受到了到了大家的广泛关注。本文着重研究科技企业在成长中的资本结构问题。资本结构主要是指债务资本和权益资本的比例关系。科学安排资本结构就是要权衡这两种不同属性资本的利弊，达到企业价值的最大化。这里概括地介绍了古典资本结构理论、新古典理论和现代资本结构理论，并分析了影响科技企

2、业资本结构的因素．随后从整体上介绍了资本结构与科技企业成长的关系。本文结合了理论研究和对相关案例的分析，应用生命周期理论时，把中小科技企业的成长大致分为初创期、成长期和成熟蜕变期。在此基础上通过分析科技型中小企业在生命周期各阶段资本结构的特点和变化趋势，继而提出了优化的思路和具体的措施。然后结合了乐视网的案例，并分析了企业在各发展阶段引进了不同的资本对资本结构进行优化的情况。最后对前面的生命周期理论和资本结构的优化理论进行了验证。【关键词】科技型中小企业成长生命周期资本结构AbstractUpgradingofindustrialstruct
