1、中南大学硕士学位论文湘银房地产集团管控模式优化方案设计姓名：蒋湘晖申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理指导教师：颜爱民20061101摘要对于日益发展壮大的房地产企业集团而言，为本集团选择合适的管控模式显得尤为重要。这也是目前许多正处于快速成长阶段的房地产企业所面临的普遍问题。当房地产企业发展到集团规模的时候，需要集团总部对下属子公司实施有效的管控。本文拟从我国房地产企业管控模式的现状着手，结合湘银房地产集团的实际，对其管控模式的现状进行描述和诊断分析，在此基础上优化设计出一套科学的管理控制模式，并期望能为其他房地产企业管理控制模式的设计、实施

2、和完善提供有价值的参考。全文共分为5个部分。第1部分阐述了中国房地产企业进行管控模式完善的背景及意义，同时介绍了管理控制方面的相关理论并作了简单的评析。第2部分分析了房地产行业及房地产企业的特征。第3部分介绍了湘银房地产集团的企业概况，并对湘银集团现有管理控制模式进行了诊断，指出了其管理控制模式中存在的问题。第4部分优化设计了湘银房地产集团的管理控制模式。第5部分是本论文的总结与展望。关键词房地产，管控模式，组织模式ABSTRACTForthequicklydevelopedrealestatebusinessenterprisegroup
