3、isesadaptiveantennaarraysinthreeconfigurations.expectedtobeemployedonlyforslowmovingmobiles,Thesecorrespondtodifferentclassesofuserswhichduetothecomplexityofantennatrackingalgorithms.supportdifferentdataratesandQualityofServiceThus,atrade-offbetweendatarateandmobilityisrequirements.Duetothecomplex

4、ityofsmartantennarequired.ThreedifferentTrafficChannelClasses(TCC)algorithms,atrade-offbetweendatarateandmobilityiswithdifferentantennaconfigurationsanddifferentQoSrequired.Themodulationandcodingparametersoftheparameters(biterrorrate,frameerrorrate,mobility,etc.)variousclassesarespecifiedandsimula

5、tionresultsarehavebeenestablished.InTCC-A,onlyomnidirectionalshownforaspace-timechannel,consideringapre-Rakeantennasareemployedandadatarateof64kbits/sisandaspace-timeRakereceiver.envisaged.InTCC-Balinearantennaarraywith8elementsisemployedatthebasestationtosupportdata1-Introductionratesofupto2Mbits

6、/s.InTCC-CantennaarraysaretobeFirstandsecondgenerationmobilecommunicationemployedinbothmobile(4elements)andbasestations(8systemshavebeensuccessfullydeployedworldwide,butelements),supportingupto32Mbits/s.Acommonnewdevelopmentsarenecessaryinordertosatisfythesignallingchannel,theNACCH(NetworkAccessan
