4、dlengthwasclosetothatobtainedbyatomicforcemicroscopy(AFM)measurements.Denaturedschizophyllanpossessesarandomcoilconformation.ItshydrodynamicradiusRhwasmeasuredbyFCS.TherelationshipbetweenRhandthemolecularmassMhasbeen0.59studiedandthescalingrelationsh

5、ipRh;Mhasbeenobtained,whichisinagreementwiththerandomcoilmodelwithexcludedvolumeeffect.ThepersistencelengthqdenatofthedenaturedschizophyllanwasdeterminedbyHearst'srelationship,tobeequalto5.1660.75(nm).TheworkdemonstratestheutilityofFCSmethodfordynami
