1、第21卷第11期化学进展Vol.21No.112009年11月PROGRESSINCHEMISTRYNov.,2009磁性催化剂与磁稳定床反应器3谢文华宗保宁(中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院催化材料和反应工程国家重点实验室北京100083)摘要将非晶态Ni加氢性能和磁性与磁稳定床反应器相结合,工业应用于己内酰胺加氢精制过程,实现了加氢反应过程的强化。在此基础上制备了系列磁性催化剂,包括金属氧化物催化剂、负载型双金属催化剂和强酸性磁性树脂催化剂等。上述磁性催化剂与磁稳定床反应器相结合,用于CO加氢、乙炔选择性加氢
