3、antparametersinenvironmentalengineering.Inthepast,duetothelimitationofmeasurementtechnology,simultaneousmeasurementofthesetwoparameterswasnotpossibleandhencethereisalackofclearunderstandingontheinteractionofsurfaceheatandmoisturetransfer.Inthispaper,throughtheexperimentalmea
4、surementsonanewlydevelopedsweating/non-sweatingfabricmanikin(namedWALTER)undervaryingclimaticconditionsand‘‘walking’’speeds,weshowthatthesurfacethermalinsulationislittleaffectedbymoisturetransfer.Thesurfacemoisturevaporresistancesmeasuredunderisothermalconditionstendtobegrea
