7、·············································································41中文摘要白藜芦醇对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株抑菌作用及机制研究摘要目的:白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RES)是植物遇真菌侵袭时分泌的一种植物防御成分,属天然多酚类物质。1940年从植物白藜芦根茎里提取并命名为Resveratrol。含RES的植物资源丰富,葡萄藤、虎杖等植物都可加工提纯RES,废弃植物如花生根、葡萄皮等也含有RES。RES具

8、有抗癌、免疫调节、预防心血管疾病、抗氧化、抗病毒等多种生物学活性,对多种微生物也具有抑制作用,但抑菌机制尚不明确。几十年来,临床病原菌耐药性不断增加,尤其是多重耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌让临床医师选择抗生素难上加难,副作用小且价格低廉的中药可作为辅助药物供临床选择。本研究选用金黄色葡萄球菌标准株ATCC25923(简称金葡菌标准株)作为研究主体,通过观察分析RES作用金葡菌标准株后,其最低抑菌浓度、生长曲线、细胞膜通透性、超微结构等指标的变化,研究RES对金葡菌标准株抑菌作用及抑菌机制,为RES进一步
