1、天津大学硕士学位论文新型卧式搅拌装置特性研究与设计开发姓名:刘荣申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:冯惠生20090501中文摘要高粘度、高凝固点、强热敏性物系的分离纯化是当前蒸馏过程中的难题。由于该类物系的分离需要塔釜温度很高,且往往存在着流动性差、停留时间过长,易造成局部过热而碳化或膨化等问题,使用常规的再沸器将造成分离收率降低,排出的废渣多。本文旨在开发一种适用于高粘度、高凝固点、强热敏性物料的新型带自清洁功能的再沸器,并对该新型再沸器进行流体力学模拟研究,设计制造出了一台样机。采用非结构化网格技术及多重参考系法和滑移网格法对卧式单轴搅
2、拌装置在不同转速、不同桨翅数及不同物料下的流场特性、功率特性、停留时间特性和传热及温度分布特性进行了模拟研究。结果表明当桨翅多、转速高、粘度大时,釜内流体容易形成“圆柱状回转区”;讨论了假塑性非牛顿流体的剪切稀变对流场的影响。另外,通过对各种条件下的搅拌功率进行模拟计算,得出满釜条件下,,.功率准数、雷诺数、翅数及搅拌桨级数满足关联式坼。Re2:(4.31+2.85m)'ks⋯。通过Patch法在入口处加入示踪剂,在出口处检测示踪剂浓度得到了各种条件下的停留时间分布曲线,并对各种影响因素进行了讨论,利用混合雷诺数与流动雷f,D。r46’诺数的L-七
