2、,Xi’an,China摘要随着沥青路面总量的不断增加，养护工程也日益庞大，社会对道路畅通、安全、舒适、美观的要求越来越高，而沥青路面养护机械便由此产生。沥青养护设备能够对沥青路面的病损进行全面高速有效的养护，大大提升公路养护的质量，并且使养护成本大大降低，同时也减轻了人工的劳动负荷，对病损路面进行有效维护保障公路的畅通。本文设计了一种新型沥青路面养护车，对加热搅拌型滚筒料仓进行了研究，对其保温料仓进行相关设计，并就滚筒料仓设计中的滚筒结构、搅拌功能、出料系统、加热保温方式等进行了分析。设计中料仓采用滚筒式结构，
3、内部焊接有螺旋叶片，以实现顺时针旋转对混合料进行搅拌、逆时针旋转实现卸料的功能；出料系统采用螺旋出料器，防止混合料发生离析；料仓采用红外辐射加热方式，并在滚筒与外壳之间设置保温层，实现对沥青混合料的保温。利用Fluent仿真分析软件对混合料的加热过程进行仿真研究，建立了沥青混合料的分析模型，分析了混合料加热的均匀性与加热效率，为企业产品设计提供了理论依据。关键词：沥青路面养护车；加热滚筒；温度场；加热效率；Fluent仿真iAbstractWiththeincreasingamountofasphaltpavem
