7、······················15毕业论文摘要红霉素是20世纪50年代开始生产的大环内酯类抗生素,他的抗菌谱与青霉素G相似,只要用于抗革兰氏阳性菌所致的感染,对青霉素耐药菌和某些病原体如军团菌、螺杆菌、支原体、衣原体、放线菌、非结核分枝杆菌、立克次体及某些厌氧菌感染有效。红霉素还具有改善机体免疫系统的作用,对不断增加的许多致病微生物也有良好的抗菌活性。随着对红霉素的研究开发深入开展,一些高效、长效、生物利用度好、各具特色的新红霉素半合成衍生物具有很大的市场潜力。本次
