6、燃油控制标准汽轮机HU-20油控制标准饱和水与饱和蒸汽表启停参考曲线英汉对照表METS操作面板说明OIS键盘操作说明第一章设备规范及特性第一节汽轮机设备主要技术性能1.1.1总述:本汽轮机为300MW亚临界、中间一次再热、双缸双排汽高中压合缸凝汽式机组。与1025t/h锅炉及300MW水、氢、氢冷发电机配套,锅炉与汽轮机热力系统采用单元制布置,机组适宜带基本负荷,但也可作为调峰机组使用。1.1.2结构特点:1.汽缸本机组为高压汽缸合缸,通流部分反向布置,高压缸高温部分采用双层缸结构。主蒸汽及再热蒸汽进汽部分集中在高中压缸中部。低压缸为双缸双排汽,

7、对称分流,也采用双层缸结构,内缸为通流部分,外缸为排汽部分。2.转子高中压转子为整锻结构,高压转子由一个单列调节级和九个压力级组成,中压转子由六个压力级组成,低压转子由2×6个压力级组成(双流)也采用整锻结构。高中压转子与低压转子,低压转子与发电机转子均采用刚性连接。3.轴承汽轮机轴承为四点支撑。高中压转子和低压转子分别由1#、2#和3#、4#轴承支撑,4个支持轴承均为带球面轴瓦套的椭圆轴承,整个汽轮发电机组共有10个支持轴承,1 ̄6#轴承下瓦上设有顶轴油孔。推力轴承为活动可倾瓦块型(即密切尔型),设在2#轴承箱内。4.盘车装置本装置设在低压后轴

8、承箱盖上,采用低速盘车,转速为834.29r/min,当汽轮机转速大于盘车转速时,盘车能自动脱扣,为减少盘车电动机启动力矩,设有顶轴装置
