2、tSince1990s,High-techindustrialclustershasshowedstrongandlastingcompetitiveadvantageinregionaleconomicdevelopment,anditsleadingroleplayedintheindustrialclusterhasbecomeincreasinglysignificant.Astherepresentativeofthehigh-techindustrialclusterinChina,the

3、high-techindustrialparkhasdevelopedrapidly,showingagooddevelopmenttrend,andhaspromotedChina'srapideconomicdevelopment.Asprovedbythepractice,thesustainedinnovationisthemaindrivenforcethatpromoteshigh-techindustrialclustergrowth,knowledgeoverflowisthekeyf
