1、山东大学硕士学位论文黑启动过程中的频率和电压仿真与程序开发姓名:何宝灵申请学位级别:硕士专业:电力系统及其自动化指导教师:刘玉田20080410山东大学硕士学位论文由于电力系统恢复过程极其复杂,调度人员缺乏足够的电力系统恢复经验,所以现代电力系统迫切需要一套能够辅助调度员做出决策的黑启动辅助决策支持系统。为保证系统生成方案的可行性,必须对感应电动机的起动过程进行校验。为此,本文编写了感应电动机起动对黑启动小系统冲击程度的校验程序,该程序具有快速校验感应电动机起动过程中系统频率及电压是否处于安全范围的功能,并可以作为单独的计算模块嵌入到黑启动辅助决策支持系统。关键词:黑启动;抽水蓄能电站;频率估
2、计:电压仿真II山东大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTSincethe1960s,large-scaleblackoutshavetakenplaceinmanycountries.Theseblackoutsseriouslyaffectpeople’Snormallife,causingenormoussocialimpactsandeconomiclosses.Eventhoughtheblackoutsarenotprobablyhappened,fundamentallytheyareinevitable.Therefore,theresearchonhowtorestorethepo
3、wersystemquicklyandeffectivelyafterablackoutisofmajorimportance.Theprocessofpowersystemrestorationiscomplicatedandinvolvesmanytechnicalproblems.Duringtherestoration,operationsarelikelytocausegreatimpactonfrequencyandvoltage.Attheinitialstageofrestoration,theweaknetworkofpowersystemworsenthesituation
4、,frequencyandvoltagemaybeexceedtheallowablesaferangeandslowdowntherestorationprocess,evenleadtotherestorationfailure.Inordertorestorethepowersystemrapidlyandreducetheblackoutlosses,theresearchandsimulationanalysisonfrequencyandvoltageduringrestorationmustbeundertaken.Ananalyticalestimationofpowersys
5、temfrequencyresponseduringthestartupofpowerplantlargeauxiliarymotorsfromremotepumped—storageunitsisproposed.Asthesoftfeedbackmagnificationofgovernorisfargreaterthanthatofthehardfeedback,thetransferfunctionmodelofpumped-storageunitissimplified.Theparametersofinductionmotorarecalculatedusingempiricalf
