3、wersystemquicklyandeffectivelyafterablackoutisofmajorimportance．Theprocessofpowersystemrestorationiscomplicatedandinvolvesmanytechnicalproblems．Duringtherestoration，operationsarelikelytocausegreatimpactonfrequencyandvoltage．Attheinitialstageofrestoration，theweaknetworkofpowersystemworsenthesituation

4、，frequencyandvoltagemaybeexceedtheallowablesaferangeandslowdowntherestorationprocess，evenleadtotherestorationfailure．Inordertorestorethepowersystemrapidlyandreducetheblackoutlosses，theresearchandsimulationanalysisonfrequencyandvoltageduringrestorationmustbeundertaken．Ananalyticalestimationofpowersys
