4、sivedescriptionsforthedirectcurrentglowdischargeCanbeobtained.Themajorachievementsarelistedasthefollowing:(1)Particle,fluid,andhybridmodelsarefocusedonthetheoreticalandcomputersimulationofthedirectcurrentglowdischargeanddirectcurrentglowdischargeplasma.Inthispaper,thesethreemodelsarereviewed,su
5、mmarized,andcontrastedrespectively.Thefutureresearchanddevelopmentisviewed.Itisimportanttostudytheionizationofthedirectcurrentglowdischarge.Andtheparticle—in-cellplusMonteCarlocollisionmethodinparticlemodelispreponderantinthesimulationofthedirectcurrentglowdischargeanddirectcurrentglowdischarge
