3、elatedtothecontractisownedbytheleaser.II.ContractdurationThecontractwillnotbeterminateduntilthereturnofallleasedequipmentandthepaymentofrental.III．ModelandpriceofdumpersModelofdumpersMonthlyrentalQuantity/Set30TRMB15000yuan30IV.Therentalfeeiscalculatedfromthe

6、hecontract1.Thelesseemustpaytherentalonceamonthinaccordancewithmethodofsettlementstipulatedinthecontract,ifthelesseefailstopaytherental,theleaserisentitledtobantheuseofthedumpers,butthelesseestillneedtopaytherentalduringtheprohibitionperiod.Thetotalrentalfees

7、hallbesettledbeforetheleavingoftheequipment,ifthelesseedelaysandfailstopaytherental,hehastopaypenaltytotheleaserattherateof5%ofduerentalforeachdayofdelay.2.Duringtheleaseterm,thelesseeisnotallowedtotransferorsublettheleasedequipmenttoPartyC,andheisprohibitedt
