5、tations．IEC61850WasworkedoutbyIECTC57，itwaspublishedindueform2005，afterseveralyears’discussion．ThemainaimaboutworkingoutIEC61850iSlettingtheIEDsindifferentmanufacturershaveinteroperabilities，theIEDsCanbeintegratedintoasystemconveniently．First，thispaperint
