1、本科毕业设计(论文)通过答辩激光标线仪前盖模具设计及其型腔仿真加工摘要:本课题是关于激光标线仪前盖模具设计及其型腔仿真加工。设计之前要对塑件制品进行测绘,得到塑件制品的尺寸数据。在设计该模具时,首先解决了抽芯的问题,考虑到夹角为20°的侧向抽芯机构所面临的导向、定位、锁紧问题。本模具依据厂方给定的注塑机型号和经济性确定型腔为一模两腔;为了不影响制品的外观,本设计采用潜伏式浇口;为使塑件能够快速均匀冷却,冷却流道布置为环绕式;其次,进行模具的各个零部件的具体设计。对成型部件和紧固件及各种支撑件进行外形尺寸设计和强度校核。为了降低模具的生产周期,提高生产效率,选择315315的标准模架。
