2、on(Pro)usingammomagasesinordertointroduceaminogrouptoTi-0film’Ssurface.Thestructureandthechemicalcompositionofthesurfacewereanalysedbyatomicforcemicroscopy(AFM)andX-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS).ThedensityofaminogrouponthesurfaceoftreatedTi-Ofilm
3、scanberationedbyAcidOrangeII.Afterthat,laminin(Ln)andfibronectinfin)wereimmobilizedtothesurfacebasedontheamidogroup.Themorphologyofendothelialcellswasobservedbyopticalmicroscopy.Intheend,humanumbilicalveinendothelialcells(HUVEC)primarycultureexperime
4、ntswereadoptedinvitrotoevaluatethecompatibilityoftheendothelialcellsonthesurfaceoftheuntreatedTi.Ofilms、PIII.treatedTi—OfilmsandtheTi-Ofilmsimmobilizedbybiomolecules.Themorphologyofendothelialcellswasobservedbyopticalmicroscopy.Thecontactan舀eofPill—t
