2、传真等多种信息服务缺少整合。本文论述了国内外消息平台的发展现状和方向，介绍了基于网络通信消息平台的办公系统的理论研究。其中包括XML的基本知识，消息平台技术，系统的安全性。提出了基于网络通信消息平台的办公系统的设计，讨论了企业级即时消息系统，所涉及的开放式即时消息协议，即时消息系统的兼容，安全性，支持加密以及数字签名等问题。把Web服务的通知服务模型，使得即时消息、SMS短消息服务和E—mail服务能够通过通知服务整合在一起。描述了系统设计模型，系统结构、操作平台的选择，数据库系统及Web服务系统的选择。给出系统关键模块的设计和实现。包括消息平台设计与实现，其他模块设计思路。给出数据库系统
