1、AbstractABSTRACTPre-aeration,coagulation,SBR,physico—chemicaltreatmentprocesswasconductedforanaerobicdigestioneffluentofalcoholwastewaterinNanyangAlcoholPlant,HenanProvince.AnaerobicdigestioneffluentofalcoholwastewaterwasakindofhighorganicwastewaterwithhighSS,NH3一Nandrefractoryor

2、ganics.AnditsCOD,BOD5,SS,andNH3-Nwere4500---6000mg/L,1800---2600mg/L,150肚2600mg/Land300~600mg/Lrespectively.Thestudiesincluded:(1)Studyonthetreatmentofpre—aerationandcoagulation;(2)StudyonthebiologicalremovalofnitrogenandorganicsinSBR;(3)StudyontheeffluentofSBRbycoagulationandFen

3、tonreaction;(4)Studyonthelawoftransferringanddegradingofthepollutants.Theexperimentalresultsindicatedasfollows.(1)ThetotalremovalefficiencyofCOD,BOD5SS,andNH3-NthroughthewholeprocessWasabove95%,95%,99%,and98%respectively.Technologicallyandeconomicallyitwasfeasibletotreatanaerobic

4、digestioneffluentofalcoholwastewaterwithpre-aeration,coagulation,SBR,physic—chemicalprocess;(2)Whenthepre—aerationtimeWas6haswellasthedosageofFeCbwas100merle,SSandCODofanaerobicdigestioneffluentwereremovedby80%and25%respectively.(3)Theeffluentofpre—aerationandcoagulationwasconduc

5、tedbiologicallybySBR.AimedattheremovaloforganicsaswellasthesludgeloadingWas0.18kgBOD4kgMLSS·d,andtheratioofwaterfillinginSBRWas0.3,theeffluentofCOD,BODsandNH3-Nwere600---700mg/L60---100mg/Landless10mg/LrespectivelyandthecorrespondingrelrlovalefficiencyWas83%,95%and98%respectively

6、.Aimedatremovingorganicsandnitrogenwithenoughcarbonsourceand3hofanoxictimeaswellasthesludgeloadingWas0.29kgBODs/kgMLSS·d,theratioofwaterfillinginSBRWas0.35,theeffluentofCOD,BODs,NI-13-Nandtotalnitrogenwere600N700mg/L,60---100mg/L,less10mg/Land210mg/Lrespectivelyandthecorrespondin
