2、侵权潜在主体广泛、侵权手段隐蔽、侵权行为多样，个人信息保护难度加大。目前在我国，个人信息专项立法尚未出台，有关于个人信息保护的条文散见于各个部门法中，个人信息权也未被列为一项具体的人格权或财产权，而是与肖像权、姓名权等结合予以保护。对个人信息的法律保护涉及多个权利冲突，是多个部门法交叉保护的结果。笔者以民事领域保护为着力点，从遏制网络侵权角度讨论对个人信息的民法保护。文章先介绍个人信息和个人信息权，然后使用调查问卷统计分析我国个人信息法律保护的现状，从现状中梳理出我国个人信息民法保护存在的问题，

3、然后运用比较分析法研究域外对个人信息民法保护的立法实践，进而得出第五章完善我国个人信息民法保护的对策建议。在网络环境下对个人信息的民法保护，要结合网络时代信息收集、利用和管理的特点，明确个人信息保护原则，针对不同主体设置规范，保护未成年人网络信息，完善法律救济机制，建立专门的执法监管机构。关键词：网络环境，个人信息，侵权，民法保护1ABSTRACTUnderthenetworkenvironment,thecommercialvalueofpersonalinformationispromine
