3、AlSialloy,employingdifferentnozzletosubstratedistances.Spraydepositioniscarriedoutusingconvergentdivergentclose-couplednozzledesignatdepositiondistancesof200,300,450,and550mm.Microstructuralcharacterizationofoversprayedpowdersaswellassprayformeddepositswasp
4、erformed.Microstructuralfeaturesobtainedatsmallerdepositiondistanceconsistofco-existingprimarySiphaseandneedlelikeeutecticSi.Dendritesof-Alphaseareobservedindicatingalargeundercoolingoftheliquidpoolpriortosolidification.Alargenumberofpre-solidifiedparticlesw
5、ithveryfinemicrostructure,embeddedinarelativelycoarseregion,typicallycharacterizethoseevolvedatlargedepositiondistances.However,atintermediatedepositiondistances,uniformandrefinedprimarySiphases,38msize,areobserved.Anundercoolingeffectismanifestedinboththesp
