4、earchworkwasdevelopedonaboveissueThreetunnelmulti.1evelinner-mixedCWSgasificationburnerwasdevelopedindependentlNandalotofexperimentsweredone.Atthesametime,theeffectofthestructuresizeofburneruponCWSatomizationwasstudied.Thestructuresizeoftheburnerwasconfirmedbyoptimizationtest,and

5、thebestatomizationeffectoftheburnerwasobtained.Theinfiuenceofthestructuresizeoftheburneronatomizationeffectwasconfirmed.Anewmulti-inletCWSgasifierwasdevelopedindependently.Theeffectofdifferentfumacesideburnerinletheightandangleuponflowfielddistributtonwasanalyzedbymeansofnumerica

6、lsimulation,anddifferentkindofflowfielddistributionandparticleconcentrationofgasificationfumacewasobtained.Consequently,thebestkindburnerandfumacestructurewasconfirmedFurthermore,coldtestofabovefactorsonflowfield,particleconcentrationdistribution,andpressuredistributionwasdone.Be

7、causethenumeficalsimulationisinagreementwiththetestresult,thefeasibilityofnumericalsimulationreplacingexperimentinvestigationwasconfirmed.ThenumedcaIsimulationongasificationprocessofindustrialfumaceisapplied,andindustrialfumacesitetestwasfinishedtoo.Theresultofnumericalsimulation
