1、摘要随着公共交通需求日益膨胀，传统的公共交通管理手段已不能适应新的要求，政府及其相关部门必须得通过寻求更加便捷及多样化的交通方式来满足人们对出行的需要，政府及其部门必须有所新的、可操作的作为。智能公交可以说是未来公交系统的发展方向，通过智能公交系统的分析、研究，可在紧约束条件下提髙城市现有设施的运行效率，大大改善人们的生活方式。本课题以国内智能交通建设为大背景，以其中的智能公交系统作为研究对象，通过调研现有公交系统的现状和需求，结合国内外其他城市的经验，对秦皇岛市运用智能公交系统的必要性和可行性进行了分析。本文除绪论和结论以外，共分为四个部分：第一部

2、分主要介绍智能公交的相关概念及发展历程，为研究本课题做基本了解；第二部分主要介绍秦皇岛市交通现状；第三部分主要介绍秦皇岛市运用智能公交系统的可行性分析，分别从政策可行性和经济可行性进行分析，试图说明在秦皇岛市运用智能公交的可行之处，以及介绍秦皇岛市公交系统效益分析，主要从社会效益、经济效益和直接效益进行分析，以此说明在秦皇岛市运用智能公交的益处所在；第四部分主要介绍该研究的问题及建议，主要就本课题所存在的一些问题进行论述并就这些问题提出一些建议。本课题试图从以上四个部分进行分析，希望能对秦皇岛市的公共交通提供帮助。关键词：智能公交运用公共交通 Abs
