1、万方数据中国软科学2009年第8期产学研合作技术创新模式分析仲伟俊，梅姝娥，谢园园(东南大学经济管理学院，江苏南京210096)摘要：本文从企业视角对我国产学研合作及其技术创新模式进行了分析。首先研究了产学研合作以及产学研合作技术创新模式的分类；然后利用江苏229家创新型企业的问卷调查数据对产学研合作及其技术创新模式进行了实证分析，得出了产学研合作内容涉及技术创新、人才培养、实验设备和仪器利用、信息获取等多个方面，在产学研合作技术创新中联合开发处于绝对主导地位、委托开发和咨询也发挥重要作用、但成果转化和创新创业处于比较次要位置等基本结论；接
