3、ephaseandamplitudeaccuracyduringtheacceleratorrepetitioncycle.Becauseoftheadvantagesofthedigitalcontroltechniquesuchasreliability,temperaturedriftrejection,andhighintegrationandsoon,ithasbeenadoptedmoreandmorewidelyintheequipmentdesign.Toachievetherigorousgoalss
