4、diationeffectsoftaskcomplexity,teamconflictpotentialnegativemotivationaleffectsoftaskandpsychologicalsafetyhadaneffectonthesimplification,managershavebeenencouragedtorelationshipbetweenintra-teamcompetitionandfindwaystomaketheworkmoreengagingandteamperformance.Tothisend,asurveywasc
5、hallenging.Gamification,definedasusinggameconductedamong61differentprofessionalworktechniquesinanon-gamingcontext[20],hasbeenteamsintheNetherlandstomeasuretheperceivedoneoftheemergingstrategiestohelpmakelevelofintra-teamcompetition,taskcomplexity,functionaltasksmoreenjoyable[34].On
